About This Role

Job Overview We’re seeking a motivated and organized entry‑level Sales Operations Support Analyst to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in learning how sales teams operate behind the scenes and who enjoy working with data, processes, and people.

You don’t need a technical background to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn. You’ll receive hands‑on training and work closely with experienced team members while supporting sales operations, reporting, and day‑to‑day coordination.

This position offers a strong foundation for future growth into sales operations, business analytics or technology sales.

What You’ll Do

Sales Operations \& Support

  • Support the sales team with order processing, pricing requests, follow‑ups, and documentation
  • Help keep sales processes running smoothly by coordinating with internal teams
  • Ensure customer and order information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with preparing materials for sales meetings and internal reviews

Reporting \& Data Support (Foundational Level)

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Create and distribute routine sales reports and summaries
  • Help track performance metrics, trends, and basic forecasts
  • Support ad‑hoc reporting requests for the sales and leadership teams
  • (This role focuses on reporting and organization—not advanced analytics or coding.)*

Customer \& Partner Coordination

  • Respond to customer and partner questions related to orders, pricing, and timelines
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery expectations
  • Help resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive experience

Product \& Industry Exposure (Non‑Technical)

  • Learn about smart home and home automation products and solutions
  • Assist with maintaining product information, pricing sheets, and sales resources

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, purchasing, logistics, and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills \& Traits

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in business operations, reporting, and how sales teams work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and learning new software tools

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Internship, part‑time, or early work experience in sales support, operations, customer service, or administration
  • Exposure to CRM tools (training provided)
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (sorting, formatting, simple formulas)
  • Interest in technology or smart home products

Education \& Experience

  • Recent graduate or 0–3 years of professional experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and interest in growth matter most
