Your Role: Marketing Operations Specialist The Marketing Operations Specialist role strengthens day\-to\-day marketing execution by managing workflow coordination, vendor communication, and operational processes for the Brand \& Growth team. This position helps maintain visibility across requests, timelines, and deliverables by keeping tracking tools current, coordinating handoffs, and reinforcing timely follow through across internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also supports operational workflows such as expense/invoice processing and documentation management, ensuring records are organized and items move through completion. By documenting decisions, next steps, and ownership, this role improves coordination, accountability, and process consistency across the marketing function. What You'll Do
- Coordinate marketing workflow, including request intake/routing, status tracking, and follow\-through across deliverables and deadlines.
- Coordinate day\-to\-day vendor communication and deliverable movement, including timelines, follow\-ups, and basic documentation management.
- Maintain tracking systems that improve visibility across active work (requests, deadlines, owners, status) and support timely updates to stakeholders.
- Support expense processing workflows (expense reports, invoices, and purchase order coordination as applicable) and track items through completion.
- Document key decisions, next steps, and ownership from team meetings; maintain an action log and drive closure through proactive follow\-up.
- Provide operational support for scheduling, document preparation, basic QA/proofing, and simple reporting pulls as needed.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements that increase consistency, speed, and visibility.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in a member\-facing or branch environment (financial services or related).
- Exposure to marketing, communications, project coordination, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with project/task management tools and basic budget tracking concepts.
- Interest in developing a career in marketing.
Skills
- Demonstrated strength in organization, follow\-through, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing requests, and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, collaboration tools, basic spreadsheets).
- Professionalism in working with vendors and internal partners.
