Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales Executives (calendar management, scheduling, travel).
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events (agendas, materials, logistics, follow\-ups).
• Support sales outreach (prospect lists, sequencing support, CRM updates, follow\-up tracking).
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, share lead feedback, and support collateral/events.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Strong organizational and time\-management skills; able to prioritize effectively.
• Sales experience or relevant coursework (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, with strong proofreading/editing ability.
• Comfortable learning new software systems quickly.
