What This Dashboard Covers

Most RevOps dashboards fail because they try to show everything. This template focuses on the five views that matter for weekly operating rhythm:

  1. Pipeline snapshot — Total pipeline value, coverage ratio, stage distribution, aging deals. One screen that answers "are we going to hit the number?"
  2. Forecast accuracy — Commit vs. close rates by rep and segment. Tracks how often your team's "commits" actually close. This is the metric most RevOps teams wish they'd started tracking sooner.
  3. Conversion funnel — Lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and stage-to-stage conversion rates. Broken out by source, segment, and rep.

  • Start with the pipeline view. Map your opportunity stages to the template's stage columns. Adjust the coverage ratio target (default is 3x) for your sales cycle.
  • Set up forecast tracking. Add a weekly snapshot of committed deals. The template calculates commit-to-close accuracy over time.
  • Configure thresholds. Red/yellow/green indicators are built in. Adjust the threshold values for your benchmarks.
