How to Choose
- Drift (now under the Salesloft/Clari umbrella) is the original conversational marketing platform and still the most common Qualified alternative. It's typically cheaper, has broader integration support beyond just Salesforce, and its playbook builder is battle-tested. The acquisition has slowed innovation, but the core product still works for teams that want chatbot-to-meeting conversion without Qualified's premium pricing.
- Intercom is the better fit if your conversational needs extend beyond sales into support and product. It won't match Qualified's Salesforce-native depth for ABM routing, but if you're trying to consolidate chat across marketing, sales, and CS into one platform, Intercom's breadth makes the economics work. RevOps teams managing multiple chat tools should look here first.
- HubSpot's chatflows come included with Marketing and Sales Hub. They're not as sophisticated as Qualified's AI routing or ABM targeting, but for teams already running HubSpot, the chatbot builder handles basic qualification and meeting booking at zero additional cost. If your inbound volume doesn't justify $3,500+/mo for a dedicated chat platform, HubSpot's built-in option is good enough.
