What we do
The RevOps Report tracks the revenue operations job market weekly. We collect, clean, and analyze job postings across RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Deal Desk, and Enablement roles to surface the data that matters: who's hiring, what they're paying, what tools they require, and what skills they value.
We also review revenue technology tools from a practitioner perspective. No vendor sponsorships, no pay-to-play. We buy, test, and evaluate the tools RevOps teams actually use.
How the data works
Every week, we collect job postings from major job boards and company career pages. Each posting is classified by:
- Role type: RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Deal Desk, Enablement, Business Ops
- Seniority level: Entry, Mid, Senior, Lead, Director, VP, C-Level
- Location: City-level, with remote flagging
- Compensation: Min/max salary when disclosed
- Tools mentioned: CRM, MAP, engagement platforms, analytics tools
Salary benchmarks use only positions with disclosed compensation ranges. We don't estimate or impute missing salaries. When we say "average salary," it's the mean of actual posted ranges, not a guess.
