Job Description
32 Degrees is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support global sales and production teams by managing order processing and ensuring accurate communication between international clients and internal departments. Key Accountabilities Sales \& Client Coordination.
- Enter sales orders, and markdown authorizations within internal systems.
- Revise and update orders based on client or production changes and communicate updates to relevant internal teams.
- Receive and process all incoming purchase orders.
- Create and maintain order timeline trackers to monitor key milestones.
- Build familiarity with regional buyers to streamline communication and order management.
- Ensure all approvals, documents, samples, and production requests are sent to the correct contacts for each region.
- Maintain an organized and up\-to\-date sample closet.
Production Support
- Coordinate the sample approval process, including Fit Samples, Pre\-Production (PP) Samples, and Top of Production (TOP) Samples.
- Send packaging and hangtag layouts to buyers for approval.
- Verify that all packaging complies with international labeling requirements for each market.
- Distribute UPC codes internally and externally.
Operations
- Request and track photoshoot samples.
- Maintain and update the photoshoot sample log with all applicable styles.
- Distribute e\-commerce images following photoshoots to appropriate teams.
- Draft product descriptions and web text, ensuring alignment with region\-specific formatting requirements.
- Coordinate translation requests for web content and graphics team when needed.
Requirements
- 2\+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, production coordination, or sales administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across international clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in retail math concepts, including pricing structures, markdown analysis, margin awareness, and inventory tracking
- Highly detail\-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, and data
reconciliation
- Experience working with ERP, PLM, or order management systems to enter, revise, and track
purchase orders and sales orders
- Ability to maintain trackers, logs, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with UPC management, packaging approvals, and product data coordination
- Understanding of international labeling, compliance, and market\-specific documentation
Requirements
- Experience coordinating sample management, production timelines, and approval workflows
- ability to proofread product information, web copy, and order details for accuracy and
consistency Comfortable working with shared drives, digital asset management systems, and cross functional workflow tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, operations, or related field
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry preferred
- Experience supporting international accounts, wholesale customers, or multi\-region sales teams preferred
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, sorting/filtering, basic reporting, and data validation
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- ERP/order management systems such as A2000, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- PLM/PDM systems and product lifecycle coordination tools preferred
- Experience with sample tracking, order tracking, and timeline management tools
- Familiarity with e\-commerce product setup, image distribution, and product copy coordination
- Knowledge of packaging, hangtag, labeling, and compliance workflows
- Ability to work with shared file systems and collaborative platforms such as SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar
Pay: $75,000\.00 \- $85,000\.00 per year
