The Opportunity
This is not a traditional customer service management role.
This is a commercial leadership position responsible for managing and developing our inside sales/customer engagement team, while also ensuring operational excellence at the front end of our order fulfillment process.
You will lead the team responsible for
- Managing inbound customer opportunities
- Preparing quotes and job layouts
- Ensuring orders move accurately into production
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences

What You Will Own
- 1\. Inside Sales Team Leadership*
Lead and develop the team responsible for managing customer engagement and front\-end order processing.
- Recruit, train, and develop Customer Engagement Specialists
- Establish performance expectations and accountability
- Provide coaching to improve communication, accuracy, and sales effectiveness
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a high level of professionalism
- 2\. Front\-End Order Management*
Oversee the operational flow of orders entering the business.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately interpreted and entered
- Oversee the creation of job layouts in CorelDraw
- Maintain high standards of precision before orders move into production
- Resolve discrepancies before they create production issues
- 3\. Quality Assurance*
Maintain the accuracy standards that our customers rely on.
- Audit work completed by the team to ensure 100% accuracy
- Implement systems that reduce errors and improve workflow
- Ensure customer specifications are clearly translated into production\-ready orders
- 4\. Customer Engagement \& Sales Support*
Serve as a senior resource for both customers and team members.
- Support complex quotes and technical customer inquiries
- Assist with high\-value or complicated orders
- Help convert inbound opportunities into long\-term customer relationships
- 5\. CRM \& Commercial Discipline*
Maintain strong commercial organization through CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Monitor team activity and pipeline visibility within the CRM
- Use data to improve team performance and identify growth opportunities
- 6\. Strategic Growth Support*
Collaborate with leadership to expand the company’s market presence.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Support initiatives to expand into new markets
- Contribute ideas that improve commercial operations and team effectiveness
