About This Role

DESCRIPTION

Do you have a passion for translating compelling marketing narratives into revenue\-generating sales conversations? Are you a strategic leader who can build scalable mechanisms that bridge the gap between marketing storytelling and field execution?

The AWS Product Marketing team is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute go\-to\-market enablement strategies that empower our sales teams to drive meaningful business outcomes with customers. The person in this role will serve as the critical bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring our data and AI narratives translate into actionable sales plays, customer conversations, and ultimately, revenue growth. You will deeply understand both the marketing story and the sales reality, then build scalable mechanisms, processes, and AI\-powered tools to enable our field teams to be trusted advisors to customers on their data and AI transformation journeys.

Here are some other qualities we are looking for

  • You are a strategic thinker and builder who thrives on creating mechanisms that scale across thousands of sales professionals.
  • Obsessed with the connection between marketing and revenue. You understand that great storytelling must translate into sales conversations, pipeline generation, and closed deals.
  • Deep expertise in GTM enablement with a proven track record of building programs that measurably improve sales effectiveness and drive revenue outcomes.
  • Data\-driven decision maker who dives deep into metrics, analyzes what's working, and continuously iterates to improve performance.
  • AI\-forward in your approach – you actively leverage AI tools to increase productivity, scale content creation, personalize enablement, and automate processes.
  • Experience working at the intersection of marketing and sales, with the ability to speak both languages and build trust with both organizations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable GTM enablement mechanisms that translate marketing narratives into sales\-ready content, plays, and customer conversations that drive revenue.
  • Partner with sales leaders, marketing leaders, and field teams to identify gaps in enablement and build structured programs that improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
  • Develop comprehensive enablement frameworks including: sales plays, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, objection handlers, customer proof points, and training programs specifically for data and AI solutions.
  • Build and leverage AI\-powered tools and automation to scale content creation, personalize enablement materials, and improve the efficiency of enablement delivery.
  • Create feedback loops between marketing, sales, and customers to ensure enablement content and programs evolve based on real\-world effectiveness and market dynamics.
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of enablement programs on sales readiness, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes.
  • Work cross\-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, sales operations, and field leadership to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
