About This Role

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Process and Support

  • Analyze account performance and recommend strategies for growth
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve wholesale revenue targets.
  • Introduce and manage new or improved sales processes, ensuring sales teams understand and adopt them.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the sales cycle to increase efficiency and productivity.

Account Management \& Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors and wholesale partners.
  • Manage and maintain terms, pricing, and promotional programs that align with company goals.
  • Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and account support.
  • Sales Team Operational Support
  • Integrate automation tools and technologies into sales workflows to streamline tasks and boost efficiency.
  • Provide sales training and product knowledge sessions to support team success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to exceed goals.

Trade Shows \& Events

  • Representing the brand at industry trade shows and events when required to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
  • Organize and support the sales team in trade shows, event management and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support trade shows, events, and merchandising initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and point\-of\-sale materials for wholesale partners.
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback to product development on trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Reporting Analysis

  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data\-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Deliver data\-driven reports and insights to leadership and sales teams to support decision\-making and strategic planning.

Pay: $58,089\.96 \- $69,957\.80 per year
