About This Role

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Coordinator, Business Operations to support operational leadership within our Baylor Clinic and Hospital division. This role oversees the Business Operations administrative team and serves as the primary Human Resources liaison for key service areas, including Patient Business Services, Ambulatory Operations, Baylor MedCare, The Health Network, and the Concierge Clinic. The Lead Coordinator will ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistent support across these departments, contributing to a high\-performing and service‑focused environment.

This position will offer the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.Job Duties

  • Manages department admin staff to include approving time, performance evaluations, mentoring and providing guidance to questions.
  • Serves as a liason between FMLA team and Managers for FMLA requests.
  • Manages the human resources activities for the unit/department, including Success Factors entires for hiring, terminations, salary changes , and disciplinary actions for 400\+ employees.
  • Works with hiring managers to create new and replacement positions for multiple ares.
  • Follows position from creation through hiring process, and onboarding with contract management, submits contract requests and follow through to completion.
  • Creates and maintains purchase orders in Jaggaer.
  • Collaborates with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments of invoices.
  • Approves facility maintenance requests.
  • Supports Directors and Mangers of multiple areas with all human resource needs.
  • Oversees daily operations of the admin staff.
  • Performs other job\-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Six years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SuccessFactors and Jaggaer experience.
