Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year

Reports To: Director of Business Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Business Operations and Customer Service functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and growing with a company long-term.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Support

  • Greet and check in visitors upon arrival
  • Ensure employees are clocking in and out properly
  • Serve as a point of contact for general office inquiries

Office Management & Operations

  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Create and manage office work orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to keep the office and showroom organized and presentable
  • Ensure office lights and air conditioning are turned on/off at the start and end of each day
  • Manage company-owned employee devices
  • Oversee office utilities and service providers
  • Coordinate and manage office cleaning services

Customer Service

  • Work closely with the Director of Business Operations, Wholesale, and DTC teams to develop and implement a new customer service workflow
  • Respond to customer service emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to create structure and improve processes (most important qualification)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on efficiency
  • Interest in growing with a company and taking on increased responsibility over time
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in an in-person office environment
