About This Role

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand New Fairfield inn and suites / Director of Sales \& Marketing to lead and optimize our sales functions across diverse channels. This pivotal role drives revenue growth by developing innovative sales strategies, streamlining processes, and empowering our sales teams to excel. As a key leader, you will oversee the execution of business development initiatives, manage large\-scale account relationships, and leverage cutting\-edge technology tools to maximize sales performance. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets while fostering a customer\-centric approach that elevates our brand presence in competitive markets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate revenue growth across B2B markets.
  • Lead and manage a high\-performing sales operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure peak performance.
  • Oversee outside sales activities, including territory management, client acquisition, and retention efforts to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market segments, forging strategic partnerships, and negotiating high\-value deals.
  • Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring exceptional customer service and long\-term loyalty.
  • Implement technical sales strategies by understanding product features, customer needs, and competitive positioning in technology\-driven markets.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of sales metrics to inform decision\-making, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices in negotiation, customer engagement, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales management within B2B environments, particularly in technology or technical sales sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving results through effective management techniques.
  • Expertise in business development strategies that expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data analysis and sales process automation.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high\-stakes deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of marketing integration with sales initiatives to enhance overall performance.
