Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist (Level 4\) to support the FSCA Business Operations team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Position Responsibilities
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee\-related activities and initiative* s
Partners with organization leaders on long\-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiative* s
Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendation* s
Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architectur* e
Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs* )
Develops executive level briefings, leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/event* s
Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates statu* s
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirement* s
Leads the development and deployment of training conten* t
Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational trainin* g
This role would need to have the ability to support an emergent work statement including multiple buildings and locations within the buildin* g
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5\+ years of combined education and relevant work experienc* e
5\+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadershi* p
5\+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non\-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problem* s
5\+ years of experience working in a cross\-functional environmen* t
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Leadership experience in a change management tea* m
Interfacing with program leadershi* p
Ability to provide analysis and strategic guidance to peer functions: Engineering, Fabrication, and Supply Chai* n

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 \- $159,850
