About This Role
Role Summary
The Inside Sales \& Sales Operations Coordinator supports the NAM commercial organization by managing daily sales operations, processing orders, supporting dealers and end customers, and coordinating internal processes between sales, logistics, and headquarters. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience, efficient execution of commercial activities, and proactive support to both the dealer network and end\-user development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Sales Administration \& Order Management – Process and manage customer and dealer orders, Prepare quotes and proposals in coordination with field sales, Track order status and ensure timely delivery, Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams
2\. Customer Support – Act as first point of contact for dealers and smaller accounts, Respond to product/pricing/availability inquiries, Support onboarding of new dealers (documentation, contracts, data setup), Assist with after\-sales coordination and service communication
3\. Sales Support to Field Team – Support Sales team, Prepare sales reports/dashboards/pipeline updates, Assist with RFP documentation and retail rollout projects, Maintain CRM accuracy and data quality
4\. Commercial \& Process Optimization – Maintain price lists and commercial conditions, Support contract administration, Identify process improvements in order\-to\-cash flow, Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, Interact with Finance and Operations functions
5\. Marketing \& Coordination Support – Coordinate sample shipments and demo equipment logistics, Support trade shows and customer events (logistics and preparation), Manage sales materials distribution

· 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or commercial operations
· Experience in B2B environment (equipment, industrial, hospitality preferred)
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to prioritize task, and evaluate escalation when needed
· Customer\-oriented mindset
· Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP tools
· Proficiency with Excel, Word, Ourtlook, and general Office suite
· English proficiency (French\-English bilingualism is preferred and a strong plus)
· Excellent communication skills

Pay: $62,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per year
