Location: Parsippany, NJ\- Salary
$58,000 \-$60,000 Base Salary Retention Bonus: $5,000 (Paid at 1\-year anniversary)
Schedule: Mon–Thu, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM\* \| Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
The Role we are seeking a high\-level Executive Assistant to serve as the "Right Hand" to the owner. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of office operations and business growth. We are looking for an organizational expert who thrives in an environment where information moves quickly. The Tech Requirement: The owner is focused on high\-level strategy and is not tech\-savvy. We need an EA who is a Microsoft Office expert and acts as the internal "Tech Lead" to manage the digital side of the business independently.
Core Responsibilities
- Organizational Mastery: You will manage a high volume of incoming information, documents, and tasks. You must have a proven system for ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Relentless Follow\-Up: You will own the "Post\-Meeting" process. You are responsible for ensuring every lead, partner, and client is followed up with promptly and professionally until the task is complete.
- Tech \& Systems Management: Act as the internal expert for Microsoft Office 365\. You will manage file structures, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure all digital tools are running smoothly.
- Sales Operations: Attend local networking events independently as requested by the manager. Capture nuances through active listening and execute a rigorous follow\-up sequence to support growth.
- Financial Accuracy: Manage all on boarding activities, including basic invoicing.
- Ad\-Hoc Business Support: Be responsible for "whatever it takes" to keep the business moving—from troubleshooting a printer to managing sudden operational fires.

- Highly Organized: You don’t just "handle" information; you categorize it, track it, and close the loop on it. You likely have a favorite way to organize tasks (To\-do lists, Trello, Outlook tasks, etc.).
- Follow\-Up Specialist: You understand that the fortune is in the follow\-up. You are persistent being pushy and professional in every interaction.
- Tech\-Proficient: You are an expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You find technology intuitive and can teach others how to use it.
- A Detail Fanatic: You catch the typos and math errors that others miss.
Compensation \& Benefits
- $60,000 Base Salary.
- $5,000 Retention Bonus: Paid at 12 months of continuous employment.
