Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage multichannel marketing platforms including digital, print, social media, and e\-commerce channels.
  • Oversee marketing automation systems to streamline campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Manage the creation and execution of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives by coordinating copywriting, content creation, and distribution across various platforms such as WordPress websites and social media channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, print advertising, and other paid media campaigns.
  • Supervise the marketing team’s budget allocation, ensuring cost\-effective use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and HTML skills for website updates.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with E\-commerce platforms and WordPress content management systems; familiarity with HTML coding is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for B2B audiences across various channels.
  • Deep understanding of advertising sales techniques across digital platforms including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross\-functional teams in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of print advertising processes alongside digital channels for integrated campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies to gather market insights that inform strategic planning.
