What we need…

This outgoing, energetic and professional individual will be in a highly visible position that directly supports COCC’s sales, with a specific focus on proposals and presentations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to organizing product presentations, giving product demonstrations, facilitating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, scheduling sales meetings and other related activities to assist with sales initiatives.

What you’ll do…

  • Partner with the Core Sales Manager to determine requirements, strategy, and discovery needs for product demonstrations
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations based on prospect, vendor, and internal availability
  • Prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, digital marketing materials, handouts, and promotional giveaways
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense requests
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot technology equipment, connectivity, and software to ensure reliable demonstrations
  • Coordinate and support the full Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle from receipt through submission
  • Track RFP deadlines and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all required materials
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and assembling high quality RFP responses in collaboration with senior team members, subject matter experts, and third party resources
  • Perform thorough proofreading, editing, and quality assurance reviews
  • Deliver finalized RFP responses with all required supporting documentation
  • Maintain RFP databases and RFP software, ensuring content remains current and accurate
  • Update and maintain tracking, reporting, and documentation within internal CRM systems
  • Support additional sales and marketing initiatives with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel up to 30%, primarily day trips with occasional overnight travel

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing prefferd but will consider appropriate work experience and/or certifications
  • One or more years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • One or more years of professional experience in a banking, credit union, or similar professional environment preferred
  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong public speaking, scripting, and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn banking products and present them to various audiences
  • Initiative and ability to conduct independent research on unfamiliar topics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with COCC/Fiserv DNA Core Processing system preferred
  • Experience with secondary banking products (CRM, AML, Report Writer, Internet Banking, ATM) preferred
  • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Experience with RFP software preferred

Salary Range for this role is $48,000\-$63,000 per year
