- Apply and maintain classification flags across large, structured tables; resolve formula errors and data mismatches
- Produce meeting activity and coverage reports for senior leaders
- Support weekly pipeline review decks by maintaining the underlying Excel data models
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a related analytical role
- Intermediate\-to\-advanced Excel proficiency (multi\-sheet workbooks, VLOOKUP/INDEX\-MATCH, IF statements, date functions, structured tables, charts)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and CRM data exports
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to data quality and formula auditing
- Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Effective written communication for presenting data insights to non\-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI)
