The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. This role is based in either our Manhattan or Westchester office and requires an onsite presence five days per week.

This role is ideal for a detail\-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving systems and reporting, and enabling the sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organic and inorganic growth through acquisitions, as we expand to new markets
  • Manage, optimize, and ensure usage and standards of our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Provide reporting from Hubspot to help Sales Leadership manage their teams
  • Facilitate a best in class onboarding program for new sales hires.
  • Create, then standardize, templates for the sales team collateral, emails, marketing materials etc., using AI tools to maximize outputs.
  • Create and update KPIs around production, sales funnel, and sales efficiency.
  • Support internal team building events for the sales team
  • Assist with managing sales team budgets and spending, and ROI tracking
  • Work collaboratively with various teams (sales, marketing, and operations)
  • Streamline sales processes and create efficiency utilizing various tools, technologies and automations
  • Develop and deliver sales trainings
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 5\+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
  • Proven experience optimizing and managing CRM systems
  • Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work cross\-functionally and drive process improvements in a fast\-paced environment
