We’re scaling fast and seeking a dynamic Manager of Inside/Outside Sales Operations to build, coach, and lead a high\-performance inside sales organization that drives measurable growth.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an energetic leader who can build a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and excellence.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead our sales strategy from recruitment and compensation to training and analytics while scaling the NES team from 2 reps producing 15 – 20 profitable merchant accounts per month to 12 reps producing 100\+ profitable merchant accounts per month.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership \& Strategy
- Design and execute short and long range sales growth plans aligned with EDPS’s revenue goals.
- Develop compensation and incentive programs that balance motivation with fiscal discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and optimizing sales processes.
People Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales executives in a fast\-paced, goal\-oriented environment.
- Conduct regular one\-on\-ones and team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and inspire results.
- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and professional development.
Sales Execution
- Create and manage campaigns, sales metrics, and KPIs to exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional programs in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and uphold EDPS’s ethical standards.
Operations \& Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and account management to ensure seamless lead generation and client conversion.
- Oversee personnel activities including performance evaluations, corrective actions, and goal tracking.
- Maintain open, proactive communication across departments and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5\+ years of proven success in inside B2B sales
- 3\+ years leading or managing sales or call center teams (10\+ direct reports)
- Merchant Services / Bankcard Processing industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
