Learn more at empowerme.com. **Your Impact** As an ADO, you will provide strategic, operational, and financial oversight across a designated region. You’ll drive performance, support cross-functional collaboration, and build strong partnerships with community leaders—ensuring our integrated services consistently deliver high-quality care and business outcomes. Responsibilities: * Lead regional operational strategies that align with EmpowerMe’s mission and business goals * Deliver results on budgets and key performance metrics including revenue per hour, cost per hour, units per visit, etc. * Partner with community leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute expansion plans * Guide and support community-level teams in meeting service, quality, and financial targets * Implement continuous improvement initiatives * Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and productivity management for assigned region * Support recruitment and onboarding efforts by collaborating with internal teams * Build and coach high-performing teams to ensure strong leadership and accountability at all levels * Act as a liaison between EmpowerMe service lines (e.g., therapy, pharmacy, primary care) and senior living communities to ensure optimal integration and collaboration * Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and safety standards * Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting EmpowerMe’s values and commitment to service excellence * Provide data-driven updates and strategic insights to Senior VP of Operations * Travel within region with occasional overnight stays as needed Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of multi-site operational leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industry * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and significant multi-site operational experience will be considered in lieu of a degree (Master’s degree a plus) * Familiarity with clinical services (e.g., therapy, pharmacy, primary care) in senior living environments a plus. * Strong business acumen with ability to manage budgets, drive profitable revenue, and oversee operations * Experience building high-performing teams and driving staff engagement * Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills * Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and senior care regulatory environments is a plus * High emotional intelligence, servant leadership approach, and a collaborative mindset * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a growth-oriented culture **What We Offer** * 401(k) with company match * Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) * PTO, paid holidays, and volunteer time off * Life, disability, HSA/FSA options * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Career development, cross-training, and internal mobility opportunities * Recognition and incentive programs * A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your voice matters *EmpowerMe* *Wellness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.* *We are committed to providing reasonable* *accommodations* *for individuals with disabilities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.* Compensation: $90,000 - $124,000 per year
