How You'll Make an Impact

Epsilon is evolving its Revenue Operations model by building a Revenue Operations Analysts team that partners directly with Sales leadership to drive smarter, data\-informed growth.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will serve as an embedded analyst aligned to specific sales segments across Technology, Digital Media, and Data. In this role, you will move beyond traditional reporting responsibilities to become a trusted partner to Sales leaders\-developing deep expertise in the accounts, pipeline dynamics, and growth opportunities within your segment.

Your role will be to bring clarity, insight, and analytical rigor to every revenue conversation. By combining data analysis with strong business insight, you will help identify risks, uncover expansion opportunities, and challenge assumptions around pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Intelligence and Revenue Systems teams to ensure our revenue organization operates with accurate data, actionable insights, and clear performance visibility.

What You'll Achieve

  • In this role, you will:
  • Partner Closely with Sales Leadership: Serve as a field\-aligned analyst supporting sales leaders within your assigned segment. Build strong working relationships with sales teams and provide the analytical support and insights needed to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop Deep Account and Segment Knowledge: Build a deep understanding of priority accounts within your segment, including revenue performance trends, whitespace opportunities, competitive exposure, and potential risk factors. Conduct account\-level analyses that help sales teams better understand and grow their book of business.
  • Support Pipeline and Forecast Reviews: Provide analytical support for pipeline and forecast reviews by delivering insights on deal progression, pipeline coverage, and historical conversion trends. Help identify risks or inconsistencies and bring data\-driven clarity to forecasting discussions.
  • Deliver Segment Performance Insights: Develop reporting and scorecards that highlight key revenue performance indicators across your segment. Provide leaders with visibility into revenue trends, account performance, and pipeline dynamics.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze CRM data to identify cross\-sell, upsell, and whitespace opportunities across accounts. Translate findings into actionable insights that help sales teams prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to Operational Excellence: Partner with cross\-functional teams to improve sales processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality. Work closely with Revenue Systems teams to ensure the data foundation supports accurate reporting and analysis.

Who You Are

  • What You'll Bring With You:
  • 3\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role supporting revenue teams
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Experience analyzing pipeline performance, forecasting trends, or sales performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders and cross\-functional teams
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in SQL, BI tools, or other analytics platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment

  • Experience within the AdTech, MarTech, or data\-driven marketing services industries.
  • Experience supporting sales leadership through pipeline analysis, forecasting support, or performance reporting
  • Ability to translate complex sales data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, or analytical frameworks used in business reviews
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Looker, Gong, or similar revenue tools
  • Advanced analytical capabilities using SQL, Python, or BI tools

Base Salary: $63,600 \- $118,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
