Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail\-oriented, forward\-thinking Marketing \& Operations Manager to support the technical, operational, and marketing infrastructure of the company.

This is not a creative design role — it is a technical, systems\-driven position requiring strong processing, coordination, and operational execution skills. The ideal candidate thinks in 360°, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in a fast\-paced, service\-oriented real estate environment.

You will serve as the operational backbone between agents, marketing coordinators, management, vendors, and internal departments — ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations \& Agent Support

• Process agent requests for signs, business cards, and print marketing materials, such as postcards, flyers, and brochures.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure accuracy, timelines, and quality control.
• Manage internal marketing ordering platforms and systems.
• Oversee studio scheduling and marketing asset coordination.
• Act as liaison between agents and marketing team.
• Support CRM system management and internal marketing tools.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards.
• On\-Board and Off\-Board staff, vendors and real estate associates.

Operational Management

• Manage company calendar and coordinate companywide initiatives.
• Organize and execute Zoom and in\-person meetings.
• Coordinate company events and internal meetings.
• Oversee company supplies and vendor coordination.
• Maintain workflow between departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Support managers and department heads with cross\-functional coordination.

Client \& Agent Experience

• Greet clients and visitors professionally.
• Provide high\-level customer service to agents (our primary clients).
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain strong communication across departments.

Qualifications Minimum 4 years of operations and customer service experience.

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Highly detail\-oriented with strong follow\-through.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Forward thinker with the ability to see the full operational picture.
• Technically savvy and systems\-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In Design, amongst others (basic functional knowledge; not a design\-focused role).
• Strong vendor coordination and processing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and service\-driven demeanor.

Pay: $72,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
