Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales functions, drive revenue growth, and elevate customer engagement across diverse markets. Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth in B2B markets.
  • Oversee outside sales teams, providing coaching, motivation, and management to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams through strategic analysis skills.
  • Establish standardized processes for sales operations including pipeline management, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Support technical sales efforts by providing insights into product features, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
  • Promote a customer\-centric approach by ensuring exceptional service levels across all touchpoints.
  • Lead cross\-departmental projects that enhance sales efficiency through technology integration and process improvements.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B environments, ideally involving technology or complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing sales teams with a focus on leadership and management skills that motivate high achievement.
  • Strong background in marketing collaboration, negotiation tactics, and account management strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management.
  • Experience in technical or solution\-based sales requiring detailed product knowledge and customer education.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic decision\-making.
