About the role

Join FFH as a Retail Sales Enablement Analyst to support execution for major U.S. grocery retailers. This role sits at the intersection of retailer portals, promotions, and sales analytics, ensuring our account teams have accurate data, on\-time submissions, and actionable insights.

This is a hands‑on CPG role, not a pure analytics position. You’ll spend meaningful time working directly in retailer and distributor systems while also building reports and insights that help our sales teams win at retail.

You’ll be part of FFH’s Sales Center of Excellence (CoE), FFH’s hub for sales operations, best practices, and continuous improvement.

You’ll get to

  • Own day\-to\-day retailer portal execution, including:

o Promotional setup and submission

o New item setup and maintenance

o Item, pricing, and promo data accuracy

o Deadline tracking and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate sales, promo, and item data across multiple customer systems
  • Serve as a key support partner to account managers
  • Help unblock sales teams by resolving portal, data, and submission issues quickly
  • Aggregate and analyze retailer data (POS, syndicated, panel) to measure KPI performance.
  • Build dashboards/insights to support retailer meetings, category reviews, and planning
  • Analyze retail performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support ad\-hoc analysis and templates for planning and forecasting cycles
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy
  • Help standardize best practices across retailers and systems
  • Take on additional projects as the sales organization evolves

You’ll own meaningful pieces of the sales cycle management process to enable sales excellence, balancing hands\-on operations with analytics and insights to improve processes, and shaping how our team shows up at retail. All with the freedom to experiment, improve, and innovate.

Must\-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2\+ years of experience in CPG sales operations, sales analytics, trade support, or related role
  • Direct, hands\-on experience working in retailer and/or distributor portals
  • Strong understanding of retail math, promotions, pricing, and trade mechanics
  • Data visualization and storytelling with data skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with a strong service mindset for sales teams

How you differentiate yourself

  • Experience working with retailer data (POS, syndicated, distributor, panel) such as Walmart, Whole Foods, KeHE, etc.
  • Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, etc.)
  • Experience supporting sales teams for major U.S. grocery retailers is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
