We want someone who cares about doing the job right, communicates clearly, and takes pride in supporting the people who use our gear, especially military and law enforcement end users.
This is a small company environment. That means you will wear a few hats, work closely with other departments, and be trusted to handle real responsibility.

- Support marketing when needed by assembling kits for photoshoots, meetings, and other business needs
- Attend trade shows and end\-user events on occasion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication
- Able to stay organized and keep track of multiple things at once
- Comfortable working with different departments to get problems solved
- Able to learn products quickly and explain them clearly
- Interest in tactical gear and the people who use it
- Takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged
- Experience in customer support, order entry, ERP systems, logistics, or dealer service is a plus
Why Work Here
- Informal, hard\-working team culture
- You will be trusted with real responsibility
- Lots of autonomy if you prove you can handle it
- Strong opportunity for growth in both responsibility and pay
- We are small and growing fast, so good people have potential to move up quickly
A lot of companies say there is room to grow. In our case, it is real. We have had multiple employees grow their pay significantly as they took on more responsibility. If you are dependable, capable, and want a place where your effort actually matters, this might be the opportunity for you.
Bottom Line
This is a job for someone who wants to be useful, take ownership, and be part of a solid team. If you want a stiff corporate environment, this is not it. If you want trust, responsibility, and the chance to grow with a company that is moving fast, we want to hear from you.
