Job Description
We are seeking a VP or Senior Director of Sales Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our commercial organization. This role will own the systems, processes, and execution that power both our direct\-to\-consumer and B2B sales channels as we move toward and beyond launch.
This is a hands\-on leadership role responsible for connecting demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations into a cohesive, scalable engine.
The Role
- Own and build the end\-to\-end sales operations function across DTC and B2B channels
- Manage and optimize core commercial systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Oversee DTC order flow, including ecommerce operations, payments, and customer order lifecycle
- Partner closely with contract manufacturers to align demand planning, production, and fulfillment
- Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with manufacturing and finance
- Manage shipping and fulfillment operations, ensuring a high\-quality customer delivery experience
- Support B2B sales efforts through quoting, invoicing, and deal desk operations
- Build scalable processes for order management, revenue tracking, and reporting
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility into performance across channels
- Identify and implement automation and tooling to improve efficiency and accuracy
Who You Are
- 8–15\+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
- Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products \- ideally devices or hardware
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partners
- Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high\-growth environment
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast\-moving environment
Preferred
- Experience in medical device, health tech, or premium consumer hardware
- Familiarity with subscription models, connected devices, or app\-enabled products
