Job Summary
The Senior Market Intelligence \& Sales Enablement Analyst is a high\-impact, hands\-on role that drives commercial performance by leading market/competitive intelligence and translating insights into scalable enablement activities that support the commercial team. This role shapes segment analyses, go\-to\-market strategies, and differentiated messaging; builds repeatable enablement (playbooks, pursuit guides, training); influences go\-to\-market choices through clear, data\-informed recommendations; and manages a suite of software tools (including AI\-based tools) that support all commercial activities. The Senior Analyst also partners closely with Strategic Planning to connect strategic insights to actionable commercial activities and seeks opportunities for enablement interventions that improve win rate, pipeline quality, and forecast confidence.
The ideal candidate is an independent, self starter with strong self management skills and the ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision. They bring a passion for the MedTech industry, collaborate effectively within a high performing team, and adapt quickly while balancing multiple tasks. Highly analytical and structured, they combine exceptional quantitative analysis capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and actionable implications for Forj. They communicate effectively across technical and non technical audiences and serve as a trusted partner who delivers critical, often behind the scenes work that drives team success. This individual may also have interest in progressing toward a future role in business development or strategic selling within the MedTech CDMO sector. They will leave a lasting impact by building efficient processes and elevating best practices across the team.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
1\. Lead Market \& Competitive Intelligence Program
a. Own the end\-to\-end cadence for market and competitive intelligence: what to track, how to track it, how to synthesize it, and how to activate it with the field.
b. Lead deep\-dive analyses on priority MedTech segments including customer drivers, buyer personas, regulatory/technology trends, competitor differentiation, and technical \& operational capability assessments.
c. Provide strategic recommendations for segment focus, account prioritization, value proposition sharpening, and commercial plays.
d. Develop and maintain a quarterly MedTech Landscape Playbook that synthesizes market trends, headwinds/tailwinds, and competitive signals, including key takeaways from priority customer/target quarterly earnings and leadership\-requested analysis, to inform Forj’s commercial priorities and messaging.
2\. Scale Sales Enablement
a. Own and optimize the commercial enablement tech stack and content ecosystem (enablement library/knowledge base, competitive intelligence resources, outreach/prospecting tools, and data sources), ensuring strong governance, usability, and adoption.
b. Build and standardize AI\-enabled workflows that improve BD productivity across the sales cycle (account research, call prep, meeting follow\-ups, opportunity/storyline capture, proposal inputs), including templates, guardrails, and training.
c. Create “insight\-to\-action” triggers that proactively prompt outbound activity aligned to segment strategies (e.g., earnings updates, market shifts, competitive moves), translating signals into prioritized targets, recommended messaging, and next\-best actions.
d. Enable field prospecting success for trade shows and conferences by analyzing attendee lists, identifying priority targets, preparing pre\-event insights, and streamlining post\-event follow\-up motions.
e. Track enablement effectiveness (tool usage, time saved, conversion metrics, pipeline impact) and continuously improve the toolkit, workflows, and content based on performance data and BD feedback.
3\. Leadership \& Collaboration
a. Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and company leadership in support of commercial and strategic planning activities; present insights clearly to executives and cross\-functional stakeholders.
b. Build and maintain strong partnership and collaboration with the Business Development teams, ensuring needs are being met through empathy, listening and judgement.
c. Provide strategic calibration to ensure priorities meet the needs of both Growth and Enterprise business development teams, optimizing commercial performance for the full portfolio.

Qualifications And Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 5\-8\+ years in market/competitive intelligence, sales enablement, commercial excellence, strategy, or sales ops/analytics (with demonstrated enablement ownership).
Skills
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous work end\-to\-end and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability (Excel/Sheets; Power BI/Tableau); comfort integrating multiple data sources.
- Proficiency with Sales Enablement Software and AI tools.
- Strong executive storytelling and crisp writing skills; can translate complexity into adoption\-ready tools.
- Exhibits exceptional quantitative analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and actionable implications for Forj.
- Demonstrates strong flexibility, effectively balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to independently manage workload and priorities while seeking guidance from leadership as needed.
Preferred
- Experience in Med\-Tech manufacturing services, CDMO/CMO environments, or regulated industries.

Compensation and Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is outlined below under "Job Details" and is dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
