Framaco EPL, LLC is a global contract-distribution business supplying Division 8/9/10 building materials (doors, frames, hardware, overhead doors, louvers, acoustic doors, etc.) to U.S. Government and commercial contractors across 85+ countries.
We are hiring an Operations Analyst to own data accuracy, analytics, data entry, and documentation controlacross Sales, Procurement, Estimating, Project Management, and Logistics — ensuring disciplined, structured and aligned information flows.
This is a critical role that supports repeat business through data governance, inter-department reporting rigor, and document compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain accurate, structured operational and project data across internal platforms (CRM, Master Control Log, QuickBooks, Power BI dashboards)
- Perform data entry, validation, audits, and data clean-up
- Track and analyze:
- Tender and sales pipeline status
- Submittal aging and deliverables progress
- Workload distribution across departments
- Produce recurring executive-level reports, including:
- Tender pipeline & negotiation stage updates
- Aging and submittal deliverables tracking
- Compliance and data-integrity summaries
- Maintain and organize controlled internal and external document repositories
- Align data between Sales and operational teams to ensure consistency, version control, and reporting discipline
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or data-driven roles
- Advanced Excel (formulas, data structuring, reporting models)
- Power BI proficiency
- QuickBooks experience is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Ability to work independently while coordinating data alignment across departments
- US Citizenship is a must
