About This Role

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth across diverse markets. This pivotal role combines high\-level management with hands\-on sales expertise, focusing on expanding our B2B (business\-to\-business) sales footprint, optimizing sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be energized by challenges, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a proven track record in private practice and membership sales. As a key driver of our success, you will oversee sales operations, develop innovative strategies, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to meet ambitious revenue goals.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the entire sales operations team, setting clear objectives and motivating high performance across all levels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships
  • Oversee outside sales efforts, including direct client engagement, negotiations, and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that support sales growth and brand positioning
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices in technical and business development sales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, and sales environments with a focus on health and wellness
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking to close complex deals effectively
  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to driving sales growth
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision\-making
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
