We are looking for a Sales Operations Admin who thrives at the intersection of systems, analytics, and sales enablement. This role is critical to ensuring our revenue team has the tools, insights, and infrastructure needed to operate efficiently and scale.
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Administrator will manage and optimize our internal sales technology stack, support reporting and analytics, and serve as the primary internal resource for revenue team systems. This role will work closely with sales leadership to improve processes, implement tools, and build reporting that drives data\-informed decision making.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improving systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Technology Management
- Manage and optimize the internal revenue tech stack, including platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other sales intelligence tools.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for sales platforms and vendor tools.
- Evaluate new tools, manage integrations, and support feature rollouts across the revenue organization.
- Maintain system documentation and best practices.
Salesforce Administration \& Reporting
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support revenue performance tracking.
- Create reporting frameworks and dashboards from scratch to support leadership insights.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and governance.
- Support workflow automation, user permissions, and configuration.
- Revenue Operations Support
- Aggregate and analyze reporting across sales tools to provide clear visibility into pipelines and performance.
- Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
- Cross\-Functional Project Management
- Lead or support operational projects related to system improvements and process optimization.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership on tool rollouts and new feature implementations.
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
- Required*
- 3\+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration
- Strong experience working in Salesforce
- Experience building reports and dashboards from scratch
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Highly organized and self\-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support cross\-functional teams
- Preferred*
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
- Background in SaaS, AdTech, or marketing technology
- Experience serving as a business analyst or systems analyst for go\-to\-market teams
- Familiarity with revenue tech stack integrations and automation
