Go Roostr LLC is a quickly growing electronics buyback company based in Warminster, PA. We help individuals and businesses sell their devices through a process that is fast, clear, and professional. As we continue to grow, we are looking for the right person to join our team in a key customer\-facing operations role with strong room for advancement.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Operations \& Payments Specialist to manage communication with customers selling devices to us, handle quote corrections, process payments, resolve disputes, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

This is an important role for someone who is organized, detail\-oriented, professional, and calm under pressure. Because our business is niche, direct industry experience is not required. We are more interested in hiring an intelligent, dependable person with strong communication skills and the ability to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer emails, phone calls, and general communication
  • Manage day\-to\-day communication with customers selling devices to GoRoostr
  • Contact customers when devices were submitted incorrectly and explain revised offers clearly and professionally
  • Provide supporting evidence when needed, including photos and explanations
  • Process customer payments accurately through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ACH, and check
  • Handle offer disputes and difficult customer conversations professionally
  • Keep transactions organized and moving efficiently from intake through payout
  • Work closely with internal team members to ensure accuracy and a strong customer experience
  • Help represent the company in a professional and trustworthy way with every customer interaction

  • Ability to stay calm and effective when dealing with upset customers
  • Comfortable handling detail\-sensitive work and payment\-related tasks
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow through
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt in a growing company
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, e\-commerce, or payment processing is a plus, but not required

Compensation

  • $47,000 \- $53,000 per year to start, based on experience
