What We Need We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the operational backbone of our sales organization. In this role, you'll help manage sales processes, reporting, and tooling\-including emerging AI solutions\-to help our sales and BDR teams work smarter, move faster, and focus on high\-quality opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment, has a process\-oriented mindset, and is excited to use data and technology to improve sales efficiency. This role will be based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and contribute to data hygiene efforts
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Contribute to accurate, timely sales reporting and surface insights to sales leadership
  • Assist in building outbound prospect lists for AEs and BDRs using Salesforce data, AI insights, and performance signals
  • Help manage sales tools, workflows, and documentation
  • Support and help improve front\-end sales processes, from lead handoff to onboarding
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining AI\-powered sales tools to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and conversion rates
  • Help identify process gaps and suggest scalable solutions as priorities evolve
  • Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and compensation processes as needed

Requirements

  • 1\-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Salesforce experience, including basic reporting, dashboards, and data management

  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
  • Process\-oriented mindset with an interest in driving operational improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Detail\-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
