About the Role

You'll own the technical setup and campaign execution that gets clients live and keeps them running. Phone system configuration, automation builds, campaign launches, SEO monitoring, and kickoff calls with new clients are all part of the role. This role mixes client\-facing communication with heads\-down execution, so the right person needs to be comfortable explaining technical work clearly and then building it accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure phone tracking numbers in GoHighLevel
• Build call and form automations for website and PPC leads in GoHighLevel
• Set up and launch Review Accelerator campaigns, including custom values, test emails, contact uploads, and automation triggers
• Run cold email campaigns end\-to\-end in Instantly, including account connection, list builds, launch, and maintenance
• Review and schedule social media content for posting
• Update SEO health reports weekly for each client account
• Prepare SEO notes and data for monthly client review meetings
• Handle A2P verification for messaging compliance
• Run client kickoff calls and walk new clients through the technical onboarding process
• Set up platform access, integrations, and tracking for new clients

Requirements

• Hands\-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM / marketing automation platform
• Comfort working in multiple tools at once, including GHL, Rev Comm, Instantly, SEO platforms, and related systems
• Comfortable on client calls and able to explain technical setups to non\-technical business owners
• Actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to draft content, troubleshoot issues, and accelerate work
• Detail\-oriented and reliable in a fully remote environment
• Able to manage time and priorities without close supervision
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Nice to Have

• Experience with cold email deliverability, including DNS records, warmup, and inbox rotation
• Familiarity with A2P 10DLC registration
• SEO tool experience with platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, or similar
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
