Sales Operations \& Retail Fulfillment \- Oversee and optimize the sales process and fulfillment for all retail and wholesale channels, ensuring timely order execution, shipment accuracy, and customer satisfaction. \- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and retail partners to manage forecasts, orders, allocations, and product availability. \- Partner with Operations to ensure production and logistics align with retail sales commitments and inventory targets. \- Implement tools and processes to improve order visibility, fulfillment efficiency, and communication between sales and operations. \- Track and report performance metrics, identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration \& Revenue Alignment \- Act as the connective hub between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure demand plans reflect strategic priorities and market dynamics. \- Reconcile sales forecasts with revenue targets and budget plans. \- Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to the CRO and executive team to guide strategic decisions. \- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign planning, ensuring product and fulfillment readiness for retail and DTC initiatives.
