Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high productivity.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast performance, and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that support business development and lead generation efforts.
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and long\-term loyalty.
- Drive process improvements across the sales cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies.
- Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement; prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing training on technical sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales and B2B (business\-to\-business) sales environments with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams toward common objectives.
- Expertise in technology sales with familiarity in technical products or services; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic business development capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision\-making and optimize sales processes.
