Description \& Requirements

Infor is seeking a Senior Director, Business Operations to lead and manage operational strategy across the organization. This role involves optimizing business processes, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational objectives, and driving operational and strategic initiatives to meet company goals. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance operational performance and deliver measurable outcomes. A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Ensure the programmatic execution of sales and Go To Market (GTM) strategies for the Americas.
• Support the America’s team in the creation and execution of data\-driven go\-to\-market programs in collaboration with sales and marketing focusing on driving pipeline while managing and measuring sales led campaigns and promoting customer success.
• Align marketing efforts to GTM strategy and prioritizing efforts.
• Development of Business Plans that are data\-oriented and support the key business pillars (growth, profitability, attrition, NCLB, and cross\-sell.)
• Support the SVP’s of Americas Manufacturing in planning and setting strategic direction through management of the outer wheel.
• Responsible for authoring, getting feedback and maintaining the “prioritized execution plan.”
• Responsible for holding all capabilities accountable in the successful execution of priority initiatives to drive growth and align business goals at the global level.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring execution progress of the prioritized execution plan and business performance metrics.
• Plan and lead communication with Sales Leads and Business Strategists.
• Represents sales in various initiatives across Infor.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, process improvement, and organizational strategy.
• Experience in leading and managing cross\-functional teams to meet operational targets.
• Analytical experience utilizing data\-driven decision\-making and continuous improvement.

PreferredQualifications

• Experience with operational tools and systems, such as ERP or business analytics platforms.
• Experience in driving large\-scale operational changes and business transformations.
• Experience collaborating and interacting with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Location: USRemote (Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA preferred)
