Marketing Operations Lead \- Hybrid
Location: Inland Northwest / Mountain West (Preferred: Greater North Idaho; Spokane Metro, Central/Eastern Washington; or Western Montana)
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Role Summary
The Marketing Operations Lead owns the operational backbone of marketing. This role ensures pricing, promotions, lifecycle communications, and analytics are executed cleanly while protecting long\-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mobile and broadband pricing tiers and promotions
- Manage offer setup, eligibility, and expiration
- Own lifecycle communications (pre\-install, onboarding, upsell, retention)
- Manage email and SMS programs
- Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure marketing data hygiene and system scalability
- Marketing collateral creation and management (customer and sales facing)
Key Metrics
- Promo uptake vs margin impact
- Attach rates (speed tiers, Wi\-Fi, bundles)
- Early\-life and overall churn
- Email/SMS conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5–8\+ years in lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, or revenue operations
- Experience with subscription pricing and promotions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
Location \& Work Environment
- Preferred candidates will be located in:
- Greater North Idaho (Lewiston, Moscow, Coeur d’Alene Metro, Sandpoint)
- Spokane Metro area west to Cle Elum, WA
- Western Montana
- Hybrid or Remote work, depending on location

Pay Range
Inland Cellular offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000–$69,000\. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills and experience, job\-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographic location, and may be modified as needed to comply with applicable law.
This role is also eligible for an annual bonus program, in accordance with company plan terms. Bonuses, if any, are not guaranteed and are subject to individual and company performance and continued eligibility under the applicable plan.
