- Work closely with the Business Operations team and functional partners to support and continuously improve the company's operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Prepare and deliver data and reporting for specific operating rhythms, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with stakeholders on inputs and outputs
- Track priorities, action items, timelines, and follow\-ups across initiatives to support execution and accountability
- Ensure inputs and outputs for operating reviews are consistent, reliable, and delivered on time
- Data Process Design \& Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with Business Operations teammates and functional partners to define and maintain data definitions, naming conventions, metrics standards, and reporting taxonomies across the organization
- Design, document, and implement Business Operations processes including planning, execution tracking, and performance management workflows
- Identify opportunities to replace manual, fragmented, or inconsistent data workflows with automated, repeatable data pipelines and operating practices using Power Query, Excel, and other tools
- Maintain clear documentation for standards, workflows, and reporting to support adoption and scalability as the function grows
