About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Operations generalist to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on the highest\-impact priorities across the company.
This is a true generalist role: you’ll operate as a force multiplier across go\-to\-market, product, and operations, owning ambiguous, project\-based work that drives critical business outcomes.
As one of the first BizOps hires, you’ll have outsized ownership and visibility, directly influencing company trajectory through cross\-functional initiatives.
You Will
- Tackle and drive some of Juicebox’s high\-priority, cross\-functional projects across Sales, Product, and GTM, from problem definition through execution
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to inform strategy, set priorities, and drive key business decisions
- Build internal AI tooling to make existing business processes more efficient
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into company performance (pipeline, growth, retention, etc.)
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the business, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Stand up new functions, workflows, and systems from scratch as the company grows
You Have
- Have 2\+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar generalist role (4\+ years preferred)
- Are highly structured and analytical, with strong problem\-solving skills
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning problems end\-to\-end
- Have experience working cross\-functionally with GTM, product, or operations teams
- Are proficient with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and systems (CRM experience a plus)
- Move quickly, communicate clearly, and have strong business judgment
- Are based in SF or open to relocating (in\-office 5 days/week)
- Want to work hard (more than regular hours) for a high\-impact, rewarding role
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI
- Experience with AI tooling / have built your own tools
- Experience as an early BizOps, Strategy, or first operations hire at a startup
Compensation Range: $175K \- $260K
