Position Overview
We’re looking for a team member to join our team, oversee client communications, and help manage day\-to\-day deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication with clients
Respond to inquiries and provide pricing details
Handle quote requests and create invoices
Develop product design mockups for clients
Coordinate with the CEO on ongoing projects and priorities
Support marketing initiatives and project management tasks
Assist with general operational and executive support (no personal tasks)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client\-facing, sales, or customer service experience or interest
Ability to stay organized, manage \& prioritize multiple tasks \& orders
Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, growing company
Compensation \& Growth
Hourly pay (based on experience; hours flexible and negotiable)
Opportunity for order commission (to be discussed)
Long\-term growth potential with the ability to take on more responsibility and move up/increase salary as the company expands
