Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams across multiple regions or divisions, fostering a high\-performance culture.
- Oversee sales operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding customer base.
- Manage profit \& loss responsibilities by monitoring financial performance, controlling budgets, and implementing cost\-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase operational productivity.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a senior sales or operations leadership role with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- In\-depth understanding of profit \& loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a sales environment.
- Business development expertise with a knack for identifying opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities.
