Position: Full\-time Digital Systems \& Technology Enablement Analyst
Reports to: SVP, Chief Information Systems Officer Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (In office) Position Summary The Digital Systems \& Technology Enablement Analyst is a hands‑on, growth‑oriented role within the Information Technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position plays a key role in helping the bank improve how systems, data, and tools work together—particularly in online banking, internal processes, and emerging automation technologies.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who demonstrates strong technical curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and a desire to learn. The responsibilities and long‑term direction of the position will evolve based on the individual’s strengths and interests.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration \& Technology Enablement
- Support the integration of the bank’s online banking platform with other internal and third‑party systems.
- Work with vendor‑provided tools such as APIs and software development kits (SDKs) to help enable data exchange and system connectivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to document requirements, test integrations, and support ongoing improvements.
- Help maintain clear documentation related to integrations, workflows, and system connections.
Automation \& AI Support
- Partner with departments across the bank to identify opportunities where automation or AI‑assisted tools could improve efficiency or reduce manual work.
- Assist in evaluating automation and AI tools by researching options, comparing capabilities, and supporting pilot initiatives.
- Help with the rollout of approved tools, including basic configuration, documentation, and user support.
- Learn and apply best practices related to responsible and secure use of automation and AI in a regulated environment.
Data Analysis \& Reporting (Secondary Focus)
- Assist with analyzing data from the core banking system and other platforms to support operational and management needs.
- Help create or enhance reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Work with IT and business teams to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility over time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to write working code in at least one modern language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C\#, or Java.
- Basic experience working with REST APIs (authentication, endpoints, JSON payloads, error handling).
- Experience with the various Microsoft M365 suite of tools including Power Automate, Teams, Power BI, etc.
- 2–4 years of experience in a technology, systems, data, or analytics‑related role OR strong internship / project experience demonstrating applicable skills.
- Basic understanding of:
- Business systems and data flows
- Technology platforms and vendor‑hosted software
- Data analysis concepts (e.g., queries, reports, spreadsheets, dashboards)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automation tools.
- Experience working with reporting tools, databases, or core business systems.
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.

Salary Information
This is an exempt, salaried position. Compensation will be based upon background and level of experience. The compensation range is $65,000\-$90,000\.
