What You Will Deliver (Key Responsibilities)

• Financial Growth: Take ownership of office collections, billing processes, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for meeting daily and monthly production KPIs.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations, including credentialing, payroll, supply management, and compliance with healthcare/labor regulations.
• Schedule Optimization: Strategically manage doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize productivity and ensure optimal coverage.
• Patient Experience \& Sales: Step in as a Treatment Coordinator to close large treatment plans when needed, resolving patient concerns with a focus on retention.
• Team Management: Train, mentor, and review staff performance to ensure a high\-efficiency workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3\+ years in dental management with a proven track record of increasing practice revenue.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of dental billing, insurance, credentialing, and practice management software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management preferred.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From $23\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
