About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to support a fast\-growing Experiences business within a global marketplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales enablement expertise with the ability to build scalable onboarding and upskilling programs for customer\-facing teams.
In this role, you will support internal teams responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining high\-quality experience partners across global markets. You will create training content, toolkits, e\-learning materials, and enablement resources that help teams ramp quickly, perform effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to translate business goals into clear, practical learning experiences. The ideal candidate brings a blend of enablement rigor, content creation skills, and comfort using AI\-powered tools to create and scale materials efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve enablement programs that support onboarding and ongoing upskilling for acquisition and account management teams
- Develop and maintain training content, including e\-learning modules, toolkits, one\-pagers, participation guides, worksheets, videos, and related materials
- Create structured onboarding journeys that help new team members ramp effectively and track progress over time
- Support ongoing learning initiatives that improve performance, consistency, and field execution across global teams
- Organize and maintain content within enablement and content management systems such as Highspot or similar platforms
- Partner cross\-functionally with operations, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programs
- Translate business updates, product changes, and process information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials
- Track program progress, measure effectiveness, and communicate updates, milestones, and roadmap priorities
- Leverage AI\-enabled tools and modern content creation platforms to customize and scale materials across markets
- Ensure all program documentation and training resources are current, accurate, and easy to access
Qualifications
- 4\+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, learning and development, or a related field
- Proven experience building or managing onboarding and training programs from start to finish
- Strong ability to support customer\-facing teams such as acquisition, sales, account management, or operations teams
- Experience working cross\-functionally and leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, high\-quality training content and execution plans
- Comfort creating polished materials independently, including presentations, guides, and learning assets
- Familiarity with AI\-powered tools and modern workflows that improve speed, customization, and content creation at scale
- Experience working in fast\-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, tech, hospitality, travel, or other high\-growth customer\-facing environments
- Background supporting global or distributed teams
- Familiarity with tools such as GSuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Canva, and Figma
- Experience supporting both onboarding and ongoing upskilling initiatives
- Exposure to creator, events, travel, or experience\-driven businesses is a plus
