Description
The Marketing \& Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting both marketing execution and sales team effectiveness. This individual will help bring structure, consistency, and creativity to marketing efforts while ensuring the sales team has the tools, materials, and support needed to succeed.
This is a highly hands\-on, execution\-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across marketing and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution \& Coordination
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars (campaigns, social content, events, launches)
- Create and update marketing materials, including:
- Flyers
- One\-pagers
- Email templates
- Social media content
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials
- Coordinate timelines and execution of marketing initiatives
Sales Enablement \& Support
- Develop and organize sales materials (pitch decks, one\-pagers, templates, collateral)
- Support the sales team with resources needed for outreach, follow\-up, and presentations
- Identify gaps in sales materials and proactively create solutions
- Assist with CRM organization, updates, and content management (e.g., HubSpot)
Operational \& Cross\-Functional Support
- Act as a connector between marketing and sales to ensure alignment
- Support trade shows, events, and outreach campaigns (materials, prep, follow\-up)
- Help build and maintain organized systems for content, templates, and resources
- Assist with ad hoc projects that support overall sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship\-building and client\-service orientation
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving environment
- Flexibility and adaptability within changing work environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree OR equivalent professional experience and industry specific training in a relevant field.
- 1\-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
- Must be bondable
Starting Salary: $60,000 annually.
Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
