Position Summary

The Director of Revenue Operations plays a critical role enabling Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with the systems, processes, analytics, and operational support needed to drive predictable growth. This person is a hands\-on operator, data analyst, and process optimizer with focus on day\-to\-day revenue operations, revenue operations, reporting, forecasting accuracy, and sales lifecycle analytics across the sales and marketing organization.Key Responsibilities* Execute revenue operations processes across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success

  • Work with the Zoho system administrator tocreate and manage CRMreporting, dashboards, workflows, and data integrity.
  • Maintain revenue forecasting processes and pipeline analysis
  • Administer sales compensation plans and quota assignments
  • Support territory planning and account assignments
  • Deliver KPI reporting across demand, pipeline, bookings, renewals, and churn
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on lead flow, funnel reporting, scoring, and conversion
  • Provideanalytical insights to support revenue leadership
  • Support sales enablement programs including onboarding and playbooks
  • Maintain tools across CRM, reporting, analytics, automation, and enablement
  • Develop forecasting models and expansion pipeline analytics
  • Provide executive\-level reportingforthe ELT

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, subscriptions, and recurring revenue models
  • Zoho and HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Stronganalytical background including forecasting and financial modeling
  • Process mindset
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Experience supporting Sales \+ Marketing \+ Customer Success organizations
  • BS/BAisrequired,MBA(orequivalentadvanceddegree)is a plus
