Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient business workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and facilitate informed decision\-making across departments. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports
- Utilize data analysis skills to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
- Support business analysis efforts by identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational procedures using Visio for process mapping.
- Assist in project management activities, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts by analyzing current practices and proposing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent business analysis capabilities with a focus on process improvement and analytics.
- Solid understanding of sales forecasting techniques and business intelligence concepts.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analysis skills combined with a keen eye for detail to support strategic decision\-making in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support dispatch and delivery operations

Maintain reports and dashboards
Assist payroll, invoicing, expenses
Coordinate driver schedules
Ensure SOP compliance
Resolve operational issues
Drive process improvements
Qualifications
2–5 years experience
Strong Excel/Sheets
Highly organized
Fast\-paced multitasking
Strong communication
HR/recruiting preferred
Logistics systems preferred
