About This Role

About the Role

This is not an administrative position. This is a sales support role directly tied to revenue generation.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the CEO and sales team by driving leads forward, preparing quotes and proposals, managing sales documentation, and helping close deals faster.

You will play a critical role in moving opportunities through the pipeline, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness to prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads, RFQs, and sales inquiries
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Support the sales team in advancing deals through the pipeline
  • Handle inbound calls and client communication with a sales\-focused mindset
  • Maintain and update CRM data, pipeline, and deal tracking
  • Generate sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Assist finance with billing coordination and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timelines

  • Experience with HubSpot is REQUIRED
